You can check bellows for reasons:
  • Is the power supply normal? Has the plug fallen off or loosen?
  • Do the remote control has enough battery? If the battery is with low electricity, the indoor unit can not receive signals with reaction.
  • Is the remote control far away from or deviate from receiver of the indoor unit?
  • Check the filter in definite time to see whether it is too dirty.
    • E.g. how long you have never cleaned the air filter?
  • Check the air inlet or outlet in definite time to see whether it is blocked.
    • E.g. whether the indoor unit or outdoor unit in blocked with other stuff.
  •   Check the remote control or the PCBOARD to see whether it is setting well.
  • Check to see whether the air outlet grid is downward when the air conditioner is working in heating mode, or whether the outlet grid is horizontal when the air conditioner is working in cooling mode.
  • When the air conditioner is working in cooling mode, check to see whether the sun is shining indoor directly? Whether there are other heat sources? Whether there are too many people? Resulting in the high temperature in the house.
Check to see whether the source voltage is normal by asking:
  • whether the electric lamp is darker than before? If so, it shows that the voltage is too low.
  • whether the electric lamp is bright and dark now and then? If so, it shows that the voltage is not stable.
  • Check to see whether the socket is in good condition by trying to change with another one?
  • Check to see whether the remote control is setting appropriately by asking: A. Do you set the air conditioner in cooling or heating mode? B. What temperature you are setting? C. Have you started the timing function? Etc.
  • Check to see whether the remote control is with too low battery by trying to change with another one.
Check to see:
  • whether the water drain pipe/hose is bended / twisted?
  • whether the water drain pipe/hose is drowning into the water?
  • whether the louver is horizontal? If so, it should be caused by condensation.
  • whether the air conditioner sprays water mist? If so, it is normal because this is the cooling water spray caused by the sudden cooling indoor air blown out from the indoor unit. It will disappear after the indoor temperature goes down after working for a while.
The air conditioner can not produce any abnormal smell. These abnormal smell may caused by long term not cleaning and maintaining of air filter, dust screen, and surface of evaporator, which make the air conditioner go moldy, and the bad smell will blow out when the air conditioner is work. It will disappear after cleaning above filters
When the air conditioner is in good condition of environmental heat preservation and the indoor temperature is lower than the setting one, the DC Inverter will stop working. Even if the DC inverter is operating in lowest frequency, it will also produce some cooling/heating capacity. But at this time, there has been no energy to consume. According to law of conservation of energy, and then it’s normal that the air conditioner stops running.
Dry mould-proof function refers that the turning off on refrigerating, dehumidifying, and auto refrigerating, the air conditioner will keep on running for 10 minutes in low speed, to dry out the moisture on the evaporator (meanwhile the dry mold-proof signature will still shine), preventing the hydrops and mildewing of evaporator and blowing out peculiar smell. This function is default setting. If you really want to stop the running of dry mould-proof function, you can set the remote control to Healthy Mode, and press the ON/OFF button to start the air conditioner, and press the same button to stop the running after 5 seconds. Remark: When the dry mould-proof function is activated, it is suggested that you do not restart the air conditioner before the air conditioner stop running.
There is no regular time to add Freon refrigerant. It depends on the situation of cooling/heating effect and the inner pressure of the air conditioner. If both of these two items are normal, there is no need to add the gas.
If the indoor air filter can not be cleaned on regular time, the filter hole will be blocked with dust, which will make the air conditioner provide bad ventilation with low cooling air capacity in low cooling speed. It is suggested cleaning the filter every two weeks.
The Freon gas is odorless. Moreover, it is not allowed to leak. Actually the so called stink origin from the indoor flue gas and other peculiar smell. The new generation air conditioner, through using strong adsorption of activated carbon efficient filter layer, can not only remove the tiny dust, it can also dispel the flue gas, stink and other unpleasant smell, so as to improving the effect of air purifying
When the air conditioner is running, the formation of inner refrigerant: turning from liquid into gas, and then turn from gas back to liquid. This kind of normal physical phenomenon is a circulation in the air conditioning system. So it is normal to hear such water flowing sound caused by certain resistance. It is particularly evident in the midnight.
As usual, when the air conditioner is working on heating mode in winter, there is a difference of many decades Celsius degree between the temperature of indoor unit and working environment, which leads to the thermal expansion and contraction of indoor case material and make the sound. It is normal sound that will not influence the functioning of the machine. After running for about 10 minutes and the temperature differences goes small, the sound will disappear automatically.
You’d better restart the air conditioner 3 minutes after turning off, in order to keep the high and low pressure in the system balanced. Otherwise, the it will cause liquid impact in the compressor and break other spare parts, and attached the lifespan of the ac.
It is not recommended because using the air conditioner on the condition of too low or high voltage for a long term may break the spare parts like compressors. If the voltage is too low, it will be better if you to use a stabilized voltage supply to make it stable. And the power of stabilized voltage supply should be 3-8 times comparing with the rated power of the air conditioner.
  • EER (short for Energy Efficiency Ratio), refers to the ratio between refrigerating capacity and effective input power when the air conditioner is running on specified working condition.
  • Energy Efficiency Level is a way of showing the difference of air conditioner energy efficiency. Basing on the EER,the Energy Efficiency can be divided into 3 Levels: Level 1/2/3(Level 1 refer to the highest energy efficiency, and the air conditioner with level 1/2 is the energy saving one
The advantages of DC inverter are as below:
  • Electricity saving: DC inverter start at low frequency, and low starting electric current have little effect on power grid, and then saving the electricity.
  • Fast speed: DC inverter can start at high frequency, so it will reach the setting temperature rapidly.
  • High precision: the temperature controlling precision after starting running for a lone while can reach ±0.5℃.
The DC inverter use inverter compressor. It can adjust the running frequency of compressor automatically according to change of cold/heat carrying capacity in the house. When the carrying capacity is low, the running frequency of compressor will also be low. At the mean time, the compressor consumes little power, and avoid repeated starting and turning off, that is why DC inverter is more electricity saving.
If the DC inverter and normal air conditioner start to work at the same time, the DC inverter will run in high frequency in advance. And reaching the setting temperature, it will keep on running in low frequency with stable temperature and low fluctuation. The advantages of DC inverter over normal air conditioner will be more obvious after working for a long term.
This is normal because there is condensate water in the evaporator when the air conditioner works in cooling mode. And it needs to keep on blowing out air to dry out the water, to avoid mildew
